Directions

There are essentially 3 ways to get here, and the directions depend on where you come from. Below you will find directions from Grass Valley, Sacramento/Auburn, or Wheatland.

It’s best that you do not let maps or Google direct you to Heartland, one bad turn could get you stuck.

If you are coming from LA or SF through Sacramento, take the easy road and GPS yourself to Auburn, then follow the Sacramento/Auburn directions below.

This is the first gate you want to look for

This is our property entrance

From Grass Valley

Take 49 towards Auburn

Right on Lime Kiln

Left on Mc Courtney

Left on Perimeter

You’ll hit dirt road, keep going for 2 miles.

(Pass, but do not turn on White Oak)

You’ll soon hit a seemingly locked gate (first image above). It’s not locked. Just unlatch it and enter, then close it behind you.

Keep coming for another mile and you’ll get to our black gate (second image above).

Park in front of Red Barn

Gate code is 2020

From Sacramento/Auburn

Take 80 towards Reno

Then take 49 towards Grass Valley

Left on Wolf Rd

Right on Duggins

Left on Lime Kiln

Left on Mc Courtney

Left on Perimeter

You’ll hit dirt road, keep going for 2 miles.

(Pass, but do not turn on White Oak)

Keep coming for another mile and you’ll get to our black gate (second image above).

From Wheatland

From 65

Take Main St toward Lake Camp Far West

Main Street quickly becomes Spenceville Rd

Go right on Lake Camp Far West Rd

After a while Lake Camp Far West Rd. makes a sharp left turn (don’t continue over bridge)

The road will become a dirt road, keep going

Turn right on Long Ravine Rd

Turn right on Mc Courtney Rd

Turn left on White Oak Dr

(Must turn on White Oak, do not follow gps to continue straight!)

Right on Perimeter

Keep going for 1/2 mile

Keep coming for another mile and you’ll get to our black gate (second image above).
